One xbat Usage Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the one xbat platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and one xbat. It is therefore important that you read them in full before registering or logging in.

One xbat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are made, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any such changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the one xbat website, mobile app, and any other digital platform through which one xbat services are available. They also apply when one xbat services are accessed via a third-party website.

Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when registering on one xbat. Accounts created with false or incorrect information will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited. Any changes to registration details after sign-up must be processed through the support team following identity verification.

• Each individual may register only one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, or payment method are not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• It is your responsibility to keep the mobile number and email address provided at registration active, as important notifications will be sent through those channels.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, one xbat may request identity documents, proof of address, or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to participate on one xbat. Protecting minors from gambling is both our ethical and legal responsibility. A national ID card or passport may be requested at any time for age verification.

One xbat may not be used from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is the user's sole responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Deposits on one xbat can be made using Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Deposits are generally instant; however, if a delay occurs due to technical issues, it will be resolved within 1 hour.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum is determined by your account tier.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit — withdrawals to a different payment method are not permitted.
• For suspicious transactions, one xbat may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposits and withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods registered in another person's name are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction will be reversed and the account will be subject to investigation.

One xbat offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Participating in the same bonus offer more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Certain games cannot be played using bonus funds — the list of restricted games will be specified on the bonus page.
• Any attempt to abuse or fraudulently claim a bonus will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
• One xbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only. If you have a bonus code, it must be entered correctly at the time of deposit — it cannot be applied afterwards.

All games on one xbat are verified by independent auditors and are completely fair. Each game has its own rules, which are accessible within the game itself. Any dispute regarding a game outcome will be reviewed against the game logs, and that decision will be final.

If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, one xbat reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager. If a round is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the game server logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the one xbat platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users or hacking.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering under a false identity or submitting fraudulent KYC information.
• Attempting to commit fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

One xbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• The user has submitted a self-exclusion request.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority or for legal reasons.

Users may close their account at any time. Upon requesting permanent closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance (excluding bonuses). A monthly administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the account balance.

One xbat strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment services.
• Account damage resulting from unauthorized access (where the password has been shared).
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own errors.

One xbat will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall in no case exceed the original value of the transaction in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming law. Any disputes must first be directed to the one xbat support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be referred to a neutral arbitrator for settlement.

If a user violates their country's laws while using one xbat's services, full responsibility lies with the user. one xbat does not facilitate any breach of local laws and bears no liability for such actions.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
